The Golden Globe-winning and Emmy-nominated actress, singer, and activist Michaela Jaé released her debut album ‘33’ in September 2024, alongside official music videos directed by Dano Cerny (Sia & Kylie Minogue, Kygo & Ava Max) and visualizers from award-winning animator Alex Myung. 

The genre-hopping project explores themes of self-discovery and resilience through the eyes of a cloned humanoid woman navigating an alien planet. With elements of pop, R&B, and soul, the album is a diverse-yet-cohesive treat. Citing inspiration from The Matrix and Avatar: The Last Airbender, Michaela set out to create a character that spoke to her own experience. The flawed-yet-resilient hero she came up with, Michaela Jaé 33F7, helped document each stage of the intergalactic journey.
